The doctor reviews medicines, supplements you already take or plan to take, and your documented medical conditions. The review considers possible interactions, contraindications, overlapping ingredients and missing information. If you need an examination or a broader assessment, the doctor will explain this before proceeding with a separate care plan.
What to prepare
Complete, up-to-date medical history
Current and previous conditions, operations, hospital admissions, allergies and previous adverse reactions. Include kidney or liver problems and, where relevant, pregnancy or breastfeeding.
A complete medicine list
Brand name and active ingredient, strength, actual dose, timing or frequency, reason for use and treatment duration. Include as-needed and over-the-counter medicines, creams, drops and other treatments.
All supplements and other products
Exact name, brand, formulation, ingredients and amounts per dose, actual or planned dose, frequency and start date. Include herbal products and teas, with clear photographs of their labels.
Relevant reports already available
Existing cardiology, neurology and internal medicine reports, discharge summaries, test results and other relevant records, with dates. You do not need to arrange all these assessments: the doctor decides whether further information or tests are needed.

How to book, pay and send your documents
These instructions are for the €60 written medical review. For a video consultation, use the PONOS Contact page. MioDottore screens may remain in Italian; the exact Italian service name and button labels below help you find the correct option.
Select the correct service
Open Dr Evangelos Panagiotakos’s MioDottore profile. Choose “Consulenza online” (online consultation), then “Valutazione documentale su farmaci, integratori e patologie” (written review of medicines, supplements and medical conditions). Check the €60 price. If services are grouped under “Consulenza online”, open that menu to select the written review.
Choose a date and time
The 30-minute slot is reserved for the doctor’s document review; you do not need to join a video call. Check the date and time zone displayed by the platform. If unsure, ask the doctor to confirm before paying.
Sign in and complete your booking
Sign in to your MioDottore account or create one. Enter the requested details and answer whether this is your first appointment with the doctor. “Sì” means Yes, “No” means No and “Procedi” means Continue. Check the summary and conditions before confirming.
Pay through MioDottore
Follow the payment step shown by the platform. Check that the summary states the €60 written medical review and keep your confirmation. Tizy does not collect card details. If payment fails, check your booking status before trying again.
Send documents using the app
Open the MioDottore app and sign in to the same account used for booking. Find the doctor and tap “Invia messaggio” (Send message), or open your conversation under “Messaggi” (Messages). Attach your medical history, treatment list and relevant reports before the booked date. State your question, booking date and preferred language. Patient chat is available in the app; there is no document upload form on Tizy.
Receive your written medical opinion
The doctor checks whether your documents are complete and may ask for further information. You will receive a written answer to your question. If an examination or a broader assessment is needed, the doctor will explain the next steps separately.
Open the PONOS Contact page and use the contact options there to request a video consultation. State your preferred language and follow the instructions provided for sending reports and joining the call. Available in Italian and English; Spanish with Giada’s support. This service has a separate fee from the €60 written review.
Do not send reports in social media comments, to the site assistant or to Tizy’s commercial chat. Follow the practice’s privacy information and instructions for submitting medical data. No clinical documents are uploaded through this page.
Limits of the review
A document review cannot guarantee the absence of all possible interactions or adverse reactions and does not replace an examination when needed. Do not stop or change prescribed treatments without medical advice. This service does not handle emergencies.
